Miscegenation: may be defined as the interbreeding of people considered to be different racial types.

 

This work aims to unsettle and satirise notions of racial purity, drawing on my Anglo-Indian heritage. Collage is great for this, as it involves using violence, tearing up and cutting, what exists, and reassembling fragments to express new meanings.
